Training
Managed 30 miles last week and enjoyed unseasonably good weather with temperatures of 18 degrees on Friday, lovely!
Not sure if I have the right water bladder/bottle or whether I just need to get used to it.

I have now bought a Platypus bladder and it is great, would definitely recommend just wish I had gone for the slightly larger one.
